How do we verify your identity?

All Zevoy users are required to identify themselves. We have partnered with Onfido to offer safe identifications regardless of nationality.

After receiving an invite to Zevoy:

  1.  Open the invite link from your email and click Get started.
    Make sure that you have your phone available if your are completing the identification on your computer.

  2.  Choose a country from the list. If your nationality isn't available, select "🌎 Other". This will redirect you to verify yourself.

  3.  If you've selected "🌎 Other", you'll be redirected to Onfido's identification page. Here you'll be asked to select the issuing country of your identification documents.

  4.  Choose the type of document you wish to use to identify yourself.

  5.  Either scan your preferred identification document using your phone or upload a photo(s).

  6.  The last step is to take a picture of yourself.

  7.  Verifying your identity might take a while, so please stay on the page until you are redirected. Verification might take up to 15 minutes.

  8.  After the successful identification, check that your name is spelled correctly.


If you've been invited to be a cardholder, you can now proceed with the card order. Download the Zevoy App from the App Store or Google Play OR if you are an admin / bookkeeper user, use this link to log in to the Zevoy Hub.

Log in

When logging into the Zevoy app or hub, choose "🌎 Email login" and type in the same email you received the original invitation to. Shortly after, you'll receive a verification code to your inbox. Type in or copy and paste the code and click Continue.
