How to become a Zevoy customer - Payment Card customers

Everything you need to know about setting up Zevoy for your company.

Getting Started with Zevoy has been designed to be as simple and smooth as possible. You can either fill in the information yourself (KYC, Know Your Customer) or leave us a contact request. Below are instructions for both options.

Option 1 – Fill in the Information Yourself

Start by visiting our website at: https://hub.production.zevoy.com/expenses-kyc?locale=fi. Then follow these steps:

Step 1 - Identity Verification

  1. Select country: Finland (Benefits are only available for Finnish accounts).

  2. Click Continue.

  3. Authenticate using your online banking credentials.

Step 2 - Company Information

  1. Enter your company’s Business ID and click Continue.

  2. Carefully read all terms and conditions, check the box to confirm you have read them, and click Accept.

  3. Fill in all required company details (marked with an asterisk *).

  4. Once all required fields are completed, click Save and Continue.

Step 3 - Representatives and Beneficial Owners

  • Review the details of each person retrieved from the Trade Register.

  • Ensure all board members and beneficial owners are listed. If any are missing, click + Add Person to include them.

  • To update or verify an individual’s details, click Check, then edit:

    • Name

    • Nationality

    • Date of birth

    • Board memberships in other companies

    • Beneficial ownership status

    • Political exposure (if applicable), upload a valid passport copy and any required additional information.

  • If a person is a non-EEA citizen, upload a valid passport copy and any required additional information.

  • Once all details have been reviewed and completed, click Save and Continue.

Step 4 - Application Signature

  • The company’s authorized signatories must sign the application.

  • Add all relevant individuals, and Zevoy will send them an invitation to sign.

  • If needed, click + Add Person, enter their name and email address, and check This person has signing authority. Click Save.

  • Once all signatories are added, click Send Invitations and Sign.

You will be redirected to the electronic signature process, where you must authenticate using your online banking credentials.

  1. Select country: Finland.

  2. Click Continue.

  3. Proceed to read and accept all Zevoy terms and conditions.

  4. Check the box to confirm you have read the terms and click Accept and Sign.

All done! You will receive a notification once the application is signed. If multiple signatories are required, you can track pending signatures.

Once our team has reviewed your application, you will receive an email, and you can start using Zevoy cards!

Option 2 - Leave us a contact request


Step 1: Reach out to us

To begin, you can fill out a contact request on our website by pressing the Get a demo button, or reaching out via [email protected].


Step 2: Business onboarding - 10 minutes

After you've reached out to us, we'll generate a prefilled digital customer application form and send it to your email. Your company signatory can then sign the Know Your Customer (KYC) form using strong authentication methods.


Step 3: Credit Assessment - One to two bank days

We will process the credit application portion of the KYC (this step is not necessary for prepaid customers) and you'll receive a confirmation once the assessment is complete.


Step 4: Onboarding meeting - 30 minutes

Our Customer Success team will ensure a successful and efficient onboarding process. To get the most of this meeting, you can invite your admins and bookkeepers. Also provide us all the necessary information such as charts of your purchase accounts, users, and card limits so that we can set-up your company's Hub.


Step 5: Get your users onboarded

Once the onboarding process is complete, invite your users via email. They can immediately start using their virtual cards after signing up. Physical cards will arrive by mail within 5–7 business days to the chosen address. Our cards can also be delivered internationally, but the delivery might take a couple of days longer.
