How to invite new users to Zevoy:
In the Zevoy Hub, go to the Users page and click Invite new user.
Fill in the the user's name and email.
Choose if you want to invite an Employee, Admin or a Bookkeeper under Role.
Read more about roles here.Choose if the invite should include a card order or not.
Click Send invitation.

The invitation is on its way to your colleague's inbox!
They will then be able to verify their identity and confirm the delivery address for their new Zevoy card. The card is now ordered and will be delivered to the chosen address within 5-7 business days. Virtual cards can be used instantly, the card details will be found in the Zevoy app.

Trouble sending the invitation? Try this:
Double-check if there are any extra spaces at either end of the email address.
This person may already have received an invitation. Head over to Users > Pending Invites and verify if an invitation has already been sent. If the invitation is marked as expired, you either cancel or resend it.
Copy the invite link from the Users > Pending Invites view. The link can be copied to your clipboard by clicking copy invite link. Send this link to the user by email / IM and the user will be able to activate their user profile through it.

How to order cards for existing users:
In case of lost or stolen cards, you may have to order new cards for existing users. Remember to freeze or close lost and stolen cards.
In the Zevoy Hub, go to the Cards page and open the user's profile.
Click + New Card.
Choose the cardholder, card type and add a delivery address if needed.
Click Create card.
All set! The card is now ordered and will be delivered to the chosen address within 7 business days. Cards can be used instantly, the card details will be found under My card in the Zevoy app.
