Please first check that you meet the criteria for creating claims.
Create a Per Diem Claim in Zevoy App
In the Zevoy app, go to Claims and press Add claim.
Select the Claim type to Per Diem Claim and create the claim.
Add a description.
Select the destination from the country list and select the travel start and end date and time.
Select the provided meals and if needed, add tags.
Press submit. Your expense claim can now be verified, reviewed and you will receive your reimbursement soon.

Create a Per Diem Claim in My Zevoy
Log in to My Zevoy.
Navigate to the Claims page and click 'Create new'.
From the drop down claim type list, select Per diem claim.
Add a description.
Select the destination from the country list and select the travel start and end date and time.
Select the provided meals and if needed, add tags.
Click Save and ensure that the given travel details are correct. Press 'Submit'.
Your Per Diem Claim can now be verified, reviewed and you will receive your reimbursement soon.
Claims drafts can be found in the App and browser in the Claims view in the Pending or All listing. Drafts can be revisited and discarded or submitted later.
Travelling to Multiple Countries During the Same Trip
You can now create a per diem claim for a trip that includes travel to multiple countries, as we're created Multi-country Per diems! This feature is currently available only for Finnish organisations, both in the app and in My Zevoy. App users need to update to the latest Android or iOS version to access the new functionality.
How to create a Multi-country Per diem claim:
First, enter the trip start date/time and the first destination country.
Then, add additional destinations by clicking + Add leg.
There is no limit to the number of countries you can add.
As with regular Per diems, the system assumes that the trip starts and ends in Finland, even if this is not specified.
Finland can also be added as a destination, but it is required only if the employee spends more than 24 hours in Finland, in which case they may be eligible for a domestic per diem.
