To create a travel claim, a user must:
Be a part of a Finnish or Swedish organization.
Have logged in using Finnish or Swedish bank codes / have a Finnish or Swedish personal identity number. Only users who log in using the same country’s identification methods as their organization are eligible to create travel claims.
Have the Employee role. More on roles here.
