Failed Benefits Payment (Service Provider)

Have you joined the Benefits Network, but a customer’s Benefits payment didn’t go through?

Sometimes a customer attempts to pay with their Benefits card and the payment fails. In these situations, it’s important that the customer contacts Zevoy Support to get more information about the reason for the failure. As a merchant, you can also double-check the following:

  1. Have you received a confirmation from Zevoy that you are part of the Benefits Network?

  2. Have you provided Zevoy with your Merchant ID and Acquirer ID? Both are required in order to accept Benefits payments. If you haven't, read here the instructions and send the IDs by email to [email protected].
