How to Locate and Submit Your Merchant ID

Locate and share your Merchant ID to enable seamless Zevoy card payments at your locations

For the Zevoy cards to work at your location(s), we need your Merchant ID(s) and the ID or name of your payment terminal service provider.

Note! Each location typically has their own Merchant ID and one location may also have multiple ones. In case you have multiple different Merchant IDs, make sure you send them all to us.

The Merchant ID (liiketunnus) is the ID of your location(s). It is a series of numbers that can be found in your Merchant Agreement for accepting card payments (e.g. with Nets, Teller, Bambora, Osuuspankki) or in the web portal that the service provider provides.

Moreover, certain payment processors have provided easy instructions for finding the Merchant ID number:

Merchant ID can be found in the reports, in Nets’ web portal and in the Merchant agreement you have made with Nets. Nets Merchant ID is typically a series of numbers that consists of 8 or 15 digits.

Merchant ID can be found in the ‘Statement’ document from Stripe’s web portal. Stripe Merchant ID can typically look like A12BC3DEF45G6HI.

Merchant ID can be found in the upper right corner of the site when opening Bambora’s web portal. Bambora Merchant ID is typically in the form 6xxxxxxx.

SwedBank

Merchant ID can be found in Swedbank Pay’s Merchant Portal. SwedBank Merchant ID typically consists of a 7-digit series of numbers.

Merchant ID can be found in your ‘Welcome’ email received from Elavon. It is also shown in the upper right corner of your statement. Elavon Merchant ID is typically in the form 210xxxxxxx or 80xxxxx.

Merchant ID can be found in Worldline’s web portal and in your ‘Welcome’ email received from Worldline. Worldline Merchant ID is typically in the form 10xxxxxxx or 6xxxxxxx.

Merchant ID can be found in Viva Payments’ web portal. Viva Payments Merchant ID is usually a 11-digit series of numbers.

Merchant ID can be found in the reports of Verifone’s web portal and in the upper right corner of the payment terminals receipts. Verifone Merchant ID can typically consists of a 6-digit series of numbers or look like ​62477088.

Merchant ID can be found in Adyen’s web portal. Adyen Merchant ID is typically in the form 498750xxxxxxxxx.

If you cannot find your merchant ID, please contact your card payment processor as the information is mandatory for the payments to go through.

After locating your Merchant ID, please submit that to us via [email protected].
