Is the merchant part of Zevoy’s Benefits network?
Payments can only be processed at locations within the network.Check your card-specific limit
Make sure your card has enough funds to cover the purchase.Contact your Admin user or Zevoy Support
They can verify whether your organization’s Benefits funds are sufficient.
In some cases, the merchant may have submitted incorrect terminal information, which can block the transaction. Zevoy Support can quickly update any missing terminal data, so don’t hesitate to reach out at [email protected].
Card not showing in virtual wallet
If your card isn’t visible in Apple Pay or Google Pay:
Make sure the card is active in your Zevoy app
If it is, add it to your virtual wallet directly via the app, you can find the instructions here.
App not working properly
If you’re experiencing issues with the Zevoy app:
Ensure you have the latest version installed
You can check and update this in your app store
