Downloading Reports from Zevoy

Quickly download your expenses and claims data with just a few clicks.

Downloading reports from Zevoy is easy! Here’s how to do it.

Download Expenses data report

  1. Log in to Zevoy Hub.

  2. Navigate to Expenses page.

  3. Click the Download all button in the upper right corner.

  4. Set the date range and select which expenses to include in the report: Pending, Submitted, Approved, Queued, Exported, or all of them.

    • Please note: The date range includes expenses that were created during the selected period. If an expense was created on December 31 but its booking date is January 1, please set the start date to December 31 to ensure that the expense is included in the report.

  5. Click Download. The report will be generated as a .csv file.

Done!

Download Claims data report

  1. Log in to Zevoy Hub.

  2. Navigate to the Claims page.

  3. Select Reviewing: Expense Claims or Travel Claims, depending on which report you want to create.

  4. Click the Download all button in the upper right corner.

  5. Set the date range and select which claims to include: Pending, Submitted, Approved, Queued, Exported, or all of them.

    • Please note: The date range includes claims that were created during the selected period. If a claim was created on December 31 but its booking date is January 1, please set the start date to December 31 to ensure that the claim is included in the report.

  6. Click Download. The report will be generated as a .csv file.
