Email reminders are here!
Admins can now enable automated email reminders in the Zevoy Hub to ensure receipts are attached and expenses are processed on schedule. You can currently automate reminders for:
Pending submission
Pending verification
Pending approval
Pending expense claims
Pending exports.
In addition to scheduled automated emails, admins can also trigger a one-click manual reminder to users with pending expense submissions.
You can enable email reminders by logging in to the Zevoy Hub, going to Settings, and selecting the Email Reminders tab. Toggle on the reminders you wish to enable.

Automated Kwick digital receipts from 21,000+ merchants
We are expanding Zevoy’s digital receipt network in Sweden in partnership with OpenCard. We will soon introduce Kwick digital receipts, bringing over 21,000 Swedish merchants into our automated receipt management system.
The Kwick network extensively covers the most frequently used business travel and everyday services in Sweden – including e.g. SJ, SL, Swedavia, EasyPark, Taxi Stockholm, NK, and Strawberry. View the full list of Kwick network merchants here.

Redesigned Zevoy App for Android Devices
As promised, the Android app is now getting its update! It’s available first as an open testing, and will launch for all users on Google Play starting August 31. This release brings the same features as the iOS version, including the new “+” button to add expenses and receipts.

Redesigned Zevoy App for iOS Devices
We have launched a redesigned Zevoy app for iOS devices! The update provides an even cleaner user experience for managing expenses and cards. All your familiar features are still there, but we have made two small improvements to streamline your experience:
The New "+" Button: The "Add expense" button has been replaced by a new "+" button. Simply tap the "+" icon to create a new expense.
Adding Receipts on the Expenses Page: The standalone "Add receipt" button at the bottom of the screen has been removed. Moving forward, adding a receipt is conveniently done via the menu that opens from the "+" button in the upper right corner.
The update will become available for iOS devices during this week, and you can download it manually from the App Store or allow your phone to update it automatically. The redesigned Android version will be released after the summer holiday season.

Mepco HR Management
Manage user data from the Mepco HR system via SFTP. Please note that at this stage, the integration does not yet support payroll exports; for now, the interface is intended solely for user management. Contact Zevoy Support for more information or to enable the integration.

Fortnox integration enhancements
You can now reduce manual data entry by enabling automatic tag fetching. This new release supports the importing and automatic updating of ‘Projekt’ and ‘Kostnadsställe’ directly from Fortnox. More information here.
We’ve upgraded how Zevoy dates your vouchers in Fortnox. Instead of using the day you click "Export," Zevoy now automatically matches the voucher date to your actual transaction dates.
We’ve also heard your feedback regarding transaction details and have added the merchant name to the information field for even better visibility within Fortnox.
Local payment files for claims in the Nordics
Good news for Claims customers! This new feature allows claims payments to be exported in the local currency. Previously, payments were generated as SEPA payment files, which meant they were always processed in euros. Now, payment files are created in local currency, making it easier to process payments within local banking systems.

Reporting tool and Email visibility
We’ve released the first version of our much-requested reporting functionality! More information of the tool available here.
Admins can now view users’ email addresses directly in the Users page in the Hub. Additionally, users can now view and update their own email addresses under their profile settings - accessible in the Hub or My Zevoy, depending on their role.
