Requesting a Credit Limit as a Prefund Customer

Here you can find instructions on how to request a credit limit if you are currently a Prefund customer.

If your organisation’s financial situation has changed, or if you originally opened the account as a Prefund customer, you are welcome to send us a credit limit request at any time - provided you have the Owner role. Here’s how to do it:

  1. As an Owner user, login to Zevoy Hub

  2. Open Settings

  3. Open Account

  4. Scroll down under the headline Zevoy Expenses

  5. In the blue box, click the text Request credit limit?

  6. Fill in the application form and send the request

Done!

Please allow a couple of working days for us to process your request. Our credit team will get back to you via email with the decision and let you know if we need any additional financial information to support the process.
