Credit Limit Raise

Essential information about credit limit raise if your company has already been granted credit.

As an administrator (Admin and Owner roles), you can view the available funds as well as the approved monthly credit limit. If you wish to increase the credit limit, a request must be submitted through the Hub. Only users with the Owner role can submit a credit limit increase request.

Managing your company’s credit limit

The amount of available funds is updated once the payment for the most recent invoice has been registered. Please note that it may take 1–2 business days for the payment to be registered after it has been made.

Requesting a credit limit raise

Please note that only Owner users can request a credit limit increase for the company. To submit a request:

  1. In the Hub, navigate to Settings > Account. By selecting "Request credit limit raise", you can submit a request to increase your credit limit. You can also initiate the request directly from the Home page of the Hub.

  2. Enter the new desired credit limit.

  3. Enter the new desired credit limit.

  4. Submit the request.

Done! Processing credit limit applications takes 1–2 business days.

Once the request has been processed, the new credit limit will be updated automatically if the request is approved. You will receive written confirmation of the decision via email.

To speed up the credit decision process, you can submit your latest financial statements along with the credit application. If the statements are not yet finalized, you can provide us with unaudited accounting reports up to the most recently closed month in your bookkeeping. Attachments can be sent to [email protected].
