Adding prepaid funds
As a Zevoy Prefund customer, topping off your account is easy. Here's how to do it:
When you sign up with us, you will receive your company's payment details from your sales representative. These payment details will include all necessary information. You can also view the payment details by navigating to the Hub's Settings – Account, and at the bottom of the page, you will find the Zevoy bank account payment details under the heading 'Invoicing settings for Zevoy Expenses.'
To add funds to your Zevoy account, simply make a payment of your desired amount to Zevoy's bank account using the provided payment details.
Your funds will be visible within 1-2 banking days and ready for use!
If you have already received an invoice from us, you can use the same reference number and bank account as in the invoice.
Can credit customers make a prepaid payment?
Customers with a credit limit can also make a prepaid payment to their Zevoy account. This is particularly useful if the monthly credit limit is running low, but the next invoice has not yet been issued. Making a prepaid payment frees up additional funds on top of the existing credit limit.
If the prepaid payment is not used, it will be applied as an advance payment on the next invoice.
Why isn’t the funding immediate?
Zevoy follows standard banking protocols for transfers. Interbank processing and registering the payment to an organisation’s Zevoy account typically takes 1–2 business days. If speed is essential, we recommend initiating the transfer earlier.
What should I do if my funds haven’t appeared after two business days?
If your funds haven’t posted within this timeframe, please reach out to Zevoy support. To help us resolve the issue quickly, provide proof of payment, such as a receipt or a transfer confirmation from your online bank. Please note that Zevoy cannot accept proof of payment generated from an accounting system.
