Please note, only users with the Owner role can request credit limit increases for your company. To send a request:
In the Hub, under Settings, go to the Billing page. Alternatively, go to the available funds spot on the home page.
Click Request credit limit raise.
Enter the total new limit and send the request!
Once the request has been handled, your new company limit will be automatically be updated to your account.
Processing credit increases will take about one business day.
We will contact you by email if we need additional information for the credit decision.
