How do I manage card limits?

Everything you know about card limits and allocating funds in Zevoy.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

As an Admin, you can view your company’s available balance in the Zevoy Hub under Home or Account. You will be able to view how much you've spent, the available funds in your company wallet as well as your granted monthly credit limit.

Fund transfers to your Zevoy account take 1–2 business days to process, so it's advisable to plan ahead, especially when ensuring sufficient balance for large purchases.

How to manage card-specific limits in the Hub:

It is up to you how you allocate your granted limit between your company’s users. The default limit on all Zevoy cards is 1000 € / 10 000 SEK and you can edit the card limits in the Hub.

Note that the card's spending limit is influenced by your organization’s Zevoy account balance, it’s essential to maintain sufficient funds in your account to enable higher limits for transactions.

This applies to both physical and virtual Zevoy cards, providing flexibility and control over card usage.

Fund Transfer Process and Timing Considerations

To fund your Zevoy account, use the details provided in your Hub under the 'Account' section. Bank transfers typically take 1–2 business days to process and reflect in your account balance. If planning for a large purchase, ensure you transfer funds well in advance to avoid delays.

  1. Log in to the Zevoy Hub as an Admin or Owner user and head over to Cards. You can see the amount spent and set limit for each user next to their name.

  2. Click on the limit or open the card's profile to edit their limit.

  3. Input your desired values for the monthly spending limit and/or single-purchase limit. The purchase limit refers to the maximum amount of a single purchase.

  4. Click Save and the limit is updated instantly!

Before modifying card limits, verify that your account balance is sufficient to accommodate the changes. This ensures that the increased limits can be effectively utilized for purchases.

Card limits are reset on the first day of every month.
