How long are my benefits valid?
Your Zevoy Benefits are valid until you have used them completely (e.g. the lunch benefit), or at the latest, until the end of the current calendar year. If you have any unused benefits left at the end of the year, they unfortunately will not carry over to the next year. As an employee, it is your responsibility to ensure that you use all the benefits you are entitled to and wish to use before they expire.
What should I do if I change my phone or phone number?
When you start using a new device, remember to add your Zevoy card to the virtual wallet on that device. If your old device is no longer in use, it’s a good idea to remove the Zevoy card from that device’s wallet. If you still use both devices, you may choose to keep the cards active on both.
Re-authentication
When setting up your new device, you’ll need to download the Zevoy app and log in again. Use the same login method as before (bank credentials or email login).
Updating your contact details for your employer
Zevoy does not store your phone number, so you do not need to inform us if your number changes. If your email address changes, you’ll need to update the new address in your Zevoy app under the Settings section.
How is the benefit calculated based on working time?
As an employee, you should make sure together with your employer that you are not granted more benefits than you are entitled to based on the number of your working days. For example, if you start in July, you should not receive the full annual amount of 252 lunch benefits (which is the maximum in Zevoy), but the amount should be prorated based on the remaining working days in the year. Calculate how many working days remain from your start date until the end of the year and inform your employer. Your benefits will be granted accordingly.

What if the benefit doesn’t appear right away?
If you were supposed to receive a benefit but don’t see your Benefits card in the Zevoy app, contact your company’s Admin user. They can check whether there was an issue with the card setup that is preventing the card from appearing. If the issue cannot be resolved internally, the Admin user should contact Zevoy Support for assistance.
Benefits card not working as a payment method – what to do?
Sometimes, your Benefits card may not work at checkout. This article provides more information on what to do in such a situation.
What happens when my employment ends?
When your employment ends, you are no longer allowed to use the employee benefit cards issued to you. Your employer is responsible for deactivating all your cards, but if this is not done immediately, you still must not use the card, as you are no longer employed by the company. You may discuss with a future employer the possibility of receiving new employee benefits if they offer such perks.
It is also your own responsibility to track how much of your benefit, such as the lunch benefit, you have used during the year in case you change employers mid-year. You are not allowed to receive the full annual amount of benefits twice through two different employers. If needed, contact your future employer for more information.
Do I need to remove the card from my phone?
Yes. When your employment ends, you should remove all Zevoy cards issued by your previous employer, including your Benefits card, from your phone. Do not use the cards anymore. If your employer has not yet deactivated the cards, you can freeze them yourself in the Zevoy app. By freezing the card, you ensure that it cannot be misused, and you are no longer responsible for it after your employment has ended.
