How can I track employees' benefit usage?
You can easily monitor employees' benefit usage in the Zevoy Hub. Check each employee’s selected Benefits card under the "Cards" section. By opening the card, you’ll see how much has been used, how much limit is left, or for example, how many lunch visits remain.
Can I integrate Zevoy’s Benefits system with my HR or payroll system?
Currently, there are no integrations available in the Zevoy Benefits system, but integration with Netvisor is in the works. HR integrations are also planned — for example, one with Mepco is coming.
What tax and accounting considerations should an employer take into account when managing Benefits?
Every organization has its own administrative practices, so there is no single correct way to handle this. If needed, you can download an Excel file from the Hub home page and forward it to payroll. The Excel-based export file includes the following details separated out:
User Information: Name and email.
Lunch Transactions: Number of transactions during the month.
Lunch Benefit Details:
Whether "verotusarvo" (tax value) is added or deducted from pay.
Total employer contribution and verotusarvo.
Any overdraft amounts.
Taxable income and deductions from net salary.
C&E and Transport Benefit Spend: Total spending amounts.
How to export benefit transaction data:
Go to the Benefits section on the Zevoy Hub Home Page.
Click Export.
Select the desired date range.
Click Download to save the file.
