How do I get access to the Zevoy Benefits card as an Employee?

This article explains how to get access and activate your Zevoy Benefits card.

If you wish to start using the Zevoy Benefits card, please contact your organization’s Admin. Only Admin and Owner users can create Benefits cards for employees.

When will my Benefits card appear in the app?

The Benefits card will appear in your app once an Admin or Owner has created it for you. You can then add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay via the app and start using it as soon as your organization has loaded Benefits funds to your account and they have been registered in Zevoy (processing time is 1–2 business days).

How do I know if my employer has granted me a benefit?

Once your employer has created a Benefits card for you, a benefit has been granted to you at the same time. The card type depends on which benefit has been assigned — Lunch, Culture & Exercise, or Transport Benefit.

Can I get the card without a smartphone?

Our Benefits cards are available only virtually. You will need a device that supports Apple Pay or Google Pay. Some smartwatches also support virtual wallets, so please check the compatibility of your device.
