Zevoy acts as the credit provider and assesses each customer's creditworthiness and credit limit individually. The credit application is submitted as part of the customer onboarding (KYC process), which is completed digitally during the service setup.
The approved credit limit can be allocated to individual users via Zevoy’s online portal. The portal also allows for setting and managing user-specific card limits. If needed, customers can request credit limit adjustments free of charge at any time through the online portal.
Only registered companies, associations, and foundations with eligible credit status and financial standing are qualified to apply for credit.
