Check your card and organization credit limits
Start by checking your card’s available credit. If there are insufficient funds, the payment will not go through.
If you are an Admin or Owner, you can increase the card’s credit limit directly in the Zevoy Hub.
If you are an Employee, please contact your Admin to request an increase.
If the issue is not related to the card’s limit and you are an Admin or Owner, check your organization’s credit limit next.
If there are insufficient funds, the payment will not go through.
You can resolve this by paying the latest open invoice or making an extra payment to your Zevoy account to increase the organization’s credit limit.
Authentication request fails
For an online payment to be successful, the merchant must send an authentication request to your Zevoy application.
If the merchant fails to send this request, the payment will not go through.
You might need to retry the payment a few times until the authentication request is triggered.
If the merchant still doesn’t send it, unfortunately, there is no way to bypass this step.
This authentication process is required by the Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2), which Zevoy fully complies with.
