Why is my payment displayed twice?

Sometimes you may see the same payment appear twice in Zevoy. This usually happens if the merchant has accidentally created a duplicate charge. In such cases, you will see two authorizations (Waiting for clearing). One of these will normally be cancelled by the merchant or disappear automatically within about a week, as long as it is not confirmed. Some merchants may keep authorizations for up to 31 days.

If, however, the merchant has processed two actual charges and both payments show with the status Cleared - meaning they are no longer just authorizations, the cardholder should contact the merchant directly and request a refund for the duplicate charge.
