Add your card to a virtual wallet

Zevoy Benefits cards are only available in digital format. If you wish to use your lunch benefit in a physical restaurant, you must first add the card to your virtual wallet. Follow these steps:

  1. Download the Zevoy app
Use the app to manage your cards and view their details.

  2. Add the card to your virtual wallet

    • Open the "Cards" tab in the Zevoy app

    • Find your card and select "Add to Apple Pay" or "Add to Google Pay"

    • Your card is now saved in your virtual wallet and ready to use

What to do if adding the card fails?

If adding the card to your virtual wallet fails, try again. If needed:

  • Open the card’s security details in the Zevoy app by selecting "Card details"

  • Authenticate using your device’s default security method (e.g., passcode, face ID, or fingerprint)

  • Write down the card’s security details and enter them manually into your virtual wallet — this may resolve the issue

If the problem persists, contact your organization’s Admin user or Zevoy Support at [email protected]

Paying with Apple Pay

  • To verify payment with Face ID, double-click the side button on your iPhone, look at your screen, and then hold your device near the payment terminal.

  • With Touch ID, hold your device near the terminal while your finger is on the reader.

  • If biometric verification fails, you may be prompted to enter your passcode.

Paying with Google Pay

  • For small payments (under contactless limit): Hold your device near the payment terminal

  • For larger payments (above the contactless limit): Unlock your device and hold it near the terminal — you don’t need to open the app

When using Google Pay, hold the back of your device close to the payment terminal and wait for the blue check mark to confirm the transaction.
