How can I track my Benefits balance usage?

You can monitor your card-specific limit by opening the relevant Benefits card in the Zevoy app. Please note that even if your personal card limit is sufficient, a payment may still fail if your organization’s Benefits funds are running low. Only Admin and Owner users can check the organization’s overall balance.

Where can I see the organization’s available limit?

If you have the role of cardholder (Employee), you’ll need to contact your Admin user to check the organization’s Benefits balance.

Do I receive notifications about my usage or low organisation Benefits balance?

Whenever you use your Benefits card, the transaction is automatically saved in the Zevoy app and you receive also a notification about the usage. To review your usage:

  • Open the desired Benefits card

  • Scroll down to view a list of all places where you have made payments with that card

Regarding the low organisation balance - as an Employee, you don't receive any information of the low balance. You should contact your Admin user, if you would like to check the balance.


You can check your own card limit once you open the desired Benefits card.

Will I receive a payment receipt?

If you wish to receive a receipt, you must request it directly from the merchant. Receipts are not sent to the app automatically. However, receipts are not mandatory for Zevoy, as Benefits expenses do not require accounting in the same way as regular credit card expenses — so you don’t need to scan or upload them to the app.
