Physical card renewal
A new card is sent around the middle of the previous month before the current card expires. For example, if your card expires at the end of March, the new card is mailed around mid-February. Delivery takes 5–7 business days, so you will typically receive it within the first two weeks of the expiration month. The delivery of a card ordered abroad takes longer.
Your card is sent to the delivery address used for your most recent order by default. If you need to receive your card at a different location, please update your user details in the Zevoy app well in advance. Please be aware that we cannot change the delivery address once a card has been dispatched. If the post office is unable to deliver the card to the specified address, it will be returned to the Zevoy office in Helsinki.
Virtual card renewal
The renewal process for virtual cards is entirely automated and occurs 45 days before your current card expires. If your card is set to expire in June 2026 (06/26), for example, the updated card will automatically appear in your Zevoy app during May 2026. This ensures you have continued access to your virtual card details without any manual intervention or service interruptions.
Please note that some merchants may require additional approval or re-authorization for future payments once a card has been renewed; this is a merchant-specific requirement that Zevoy cannot influence.
