Unrecognized Transaction or Authorization Hold
If you notice an unrecognized transaction or authorization hold on your Zevoy card, first check the merchant and the date. Is the merchant familiar to you?
The transaction could be related to a previous online purchase that is only being charged now, or it could be a sign of suspicious activity on your account.
If You Don’t Recognize the Transaction
Freeze your card immediately in the app under My Cards and select Freeze.

Our team will help you investigate the situation. If necessary, your card can either be permanently closed or unfrozen, allowing you to use it again.
