On the Cards page, you can do the following:
See your cards’ details
See all cards assigned to you and their limits.
Modify card colours, card names and default accounting settings.
Freeze cards.
How do I view my card details?
Before being able to view your card details in My Zevoy, you must have a trusted device. If you don’t already have a trusted device, please follow the instructions here.
After adding your trusted device in the Zevoy app, log in to My Zevoy / the Zevoy Hub and navigate to the Cards page.
Open the card and click the orange Send request button.
After clicking the button, you'll receive a notification to your app asking you to authorize the request. The ID you see underneath the card should be the same that’s in the browser notification. If it’s not, cancel the request.
If the request IDs match, click Authorize in the app.
After authorizing the request, the card details will appear next to the card image in the browser!
What should I do if I’m not receiving the request to my App?
Ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed on your device.
