Which transactions and costs are included on the invoice?

The invoice we send includes all purchases, user fees, and any other possible costs made during the calendar month. This means that purchases made on the last day of the calendar month may not necessarily be included in that month’s invoice. It also means that purchases made during the last days of the previous calendar month may be included in the latest invoice.

You can check your pricing in the Hub under Settings - Account, at the bottom of the page under the heading Your plans.
