To change the owner of a subscription card, follow these steps:
In the Zevoy Hub, navigate to Cards > Subscriptions.
Open the subscription card that you want to modify.
Select a new cardholder from the dropdown menu. Please note that there can only be one owner at a time.
Save and confirm the changes!
A few things to keep in mind,
By changing the cardholder, the previous owner will no longer have access to the card details or its expenses in their Zevoy app. Ensure that the receipts are added before making any changes.
The new owner will have full access to the card and all associated expenses in their app.
When a new card is assigned, the new owner will receive a notification from their Zevoy app confirming the change of ownership.
Verifications are user based, so the assigned verifier might change. Previous verifications will still be remembered.
Switching owner of a card is only possible for subscription cards.
