How to get started
Before getting started, accept the user invite that was sent to you via email. If you haven't done so, locate the email titled "Welcome to Zevoy" and follow the instructions to complete your user onboarding process.
Can’t find your invite? Contact your Admin or our support at [email protected].Download the Zevoy App from the App Store or Google Play.
Log in to the Zevoy App.
All done! You can now add your subscription card to the select service!
Add your subscription card to your service of choice
Once your card has been created by your admin, you will receive a notification from the Zevoy app to inform you of this.
You can find your card details in the Zevoy App under My Card and Details.
On the My Card page, you’ll also find your card’s monthly- and purchase limits.
If needed, re-name your card by clicking on the pen icon.
If you have many cards, you can change between them by swiping to the left / right.
Add your receipt email as your billing address or set up autoforward rules
Locate your receipt email from the Zevoy app and copy. You'll find it in the app from your user details. Here’s a couple of options on how to get your email receipts directly to your expenses:
Forward the receipt directly from your email inbox simply by clicking forward and add the receipt email as a recipient.
Add the receipt email as billing address directly to the merchant’s details.
If a merchant sends an email verification request to enable receipt delivery, the message will appear in the Zevoy app and the "Unlinked Receipts" folder in My Zevoy. Please note that verification is best completed via My Zevoy, as it allows you to click the links contained within the message.
What happens when I send an receipt to my receipt email address?
If there's a PDF included in the email, it will automatically be attached to the expense.
If there's no attachment in the email, our system will make a copy of the email and use it to create a PDF.
If the receipt can't be matched with an expense, the receipt will end up in your receipt inbox in the Zevoy app. Open the inbox from the home page, select the receipt(s), and choose the correct expense. Your receipt is now attached to the expense!
What happens when I make a transaction with my subscription card
When a transaction is made with your subscription card, you’ll receive a notification from the Zevoy app.
Opening the app by clicking on the notification, will take you directly to the expense.
If you have set up a forwarding rule or added your receipt address as the billing address, the receipt will be automatically attached to the expense.
If not, add your receipt manually. Find instructions here.
If you have already set default bookkeeping details, your expense will automatically contain all the necessary information.
If not, add a category, vat rate, tag and a description to your expense.
Once all purchase details have been added to the expense, press Submit!
Your purchase is now ready for approval!
