How do I create a new subscription card?

As an admin you can create a new subscription card in the Zevoy Hub.
If you're a cardholder, please request a new subscription card from your manager or admin.

  1. In the Hub, go to the Cards page and and from there to the Subscriptions tab.

  2. To create a new subscription, click New Card.

  3. Choose a cardholder (each card must have an owner).

  4. Make sure that the card type is set as Subscription.

  5. Add a name to the card, this can be the name of the service.

  6. Choose a color. Having different colors for your subscriptions cards makes them easier to differentiate from each other.

  7. Set the purchase limits and click Create card.

  8. The cardholder will immediately be notified by the Zevoy app that the card is ready for use, and they can now add the card details to the service.

Set default values to your cards

Set a category, VAT rate, description, and tags behind your cards.

  1. Open the card details by clicking it.

  2. Here you'll be able to set:

    • Default category & VAT rate.

    • Default description.

    • Default tags. Note that there's no limit to how many default tags you can set.

  3. Save! When a transaction is made with the card in question, these values are automatically set to the expense. All the user has to do, is to upload the receipt and submit.

See instructions here on how to change the owner of a subscription card.
