General information about managing company funds

For Admin and Owner roles: This article summarizes everything you need to know about managing your company's funds and applying for credit limit raises in Zevoy.

As an Admin, you can view your company’s available balance in the Zevoy Hub under Home. You will be able to view how much you've spent, the available funds in your company wallet as well as your granted monthly credit limit.

How to raise your company credit limit

Your company’s monthly credit limit is reset when you pay your invoice. Please allow 1-2 banking days for your limit to be reset.

You can request a credit limit increase for your company directly from the Hub.

Please note, only users with the Owner role can request credit limit increases for your company. To send a request:

  1. In the Hub, under the Settings > Account page, click 'Request credit limit raise'.
Alternatively, do this from the Zevoy Hub homepage.

  2. Enter the total new limit.

  3. Send the request!

Processing credit limit increases usually takes 1–5 business days. We will contact you via email if we need additional information for the assessment. Once the request has been processed, the account Owner user will receive an email notification about the decision. If approved, the new credit limit will be updated automatically.

How to add prepaid funds

As a Zevoy prefund customer, topping off your account is easy. Here's how to do it:

  2. Simply make a payment to Zevoy's bank account using the correct IBAN and reference number.

  3. Your funds will be visible and ready for use within 1–2 business days.

Auto-Invoicing settings for Zevoy Prefund accounts

To ensure that your organization's Prefund account remains funded, Zevoy offers an Auto-Invoicing feature. Learn more about the Auto-Invoicing here.

Financial documentation for Zevoy Prefund accounts

Zevoy prefund accounts operate differently compared to credit accounts when it comes to invoicing. Instead of receiving monthly invoices, you'll manage your prepaid account by maintaining deposits. Users can track and document these deposits by requesting top-up invoices or downloading account statements directly in the Zevoy Hub.
