How do I invite users to Zevoy?

You can invite new users in the Zevoy Hub under Users by clicking Invite new user. Fill in the person's name and email, choose their role and if they will have a card. They will receive an invite which allows them to verify their identity as well as choose a preferred delivery address for their Zevoy card.

Trouble sending or receiving the invitation? Try this:

  • Double-check if there are any extra spaces at either end of the email address. 
  • This person may already have received an invitation. Head over to Users > Pending Invites and verify if an invitation has already been sent. If the invitation is marked as expired, you can either cancel resend it.
  • Copy the invite link from the Users > Pending Invites view. The link can be copied to your clipboard by clicking copy invite link. Send this link to the user by email or IM and the user will be able to activate their profile through it.
