Is it possible to change invoicing to e-invoicing for the organisation?

Yes, it is possible to switch to e-invoicing at the organisation level. If you are an Admin or Owner user, you can make this change in the Hub under Settings β†’ Account β†’ Invoicing settings β†’ Edit invoicing settings.

Please note that e-invoicing is currently available only for Finnish organisations.

Is it possible to change invoicing to e-invoicing for personal invoices?

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to use e-invoicing for personal invoices. Personal invoices are sent via email, so please make sure that your email address in Zevoy is up to date. If needed, you can update it in your Zevoy app under Settings.
