Is it possible to change invoicing to e-invoicing for the organisation?
Yes, it is possible to switch to e-invoicing at the organisation level. If you are an Admin or Owner user, you can make this change in the Hub under Settings β Account β Invoicing settings β Edit invoicing settings.
Please note that e-invoicing is currently available only for Finnish organisations.
Is it possible to change invoicing to e-invoicing for personal invoices?
Yes, you can change to e-invoicing for personal liability cards and invoices. To get started, you need to receive one invoice by email so you can access your customer and account numbers. Please make sure your email address in Zevoy is up to date. If needed, you can update it in the Zevoy app under Settings.
Once you have received your first invoice by email, you can add Zevoy Aktiebolag as an e-invoicer in your online bank. Use the customer and account numbers shown on your personal invoice (listed on two separate rows, one after the other).
