Intro to Zevoy's Card and App

A quick introduction to get you started with your Zevoy company card and App.

With Zevoy you can pay for your purchases, scan receipts and submit expenses for approval easily and swiftly. View your PIN as well as your card balance, and freeze your card for increased security in the App.

4 easy steps to get started with Zevoy:

  1. Order your card and confirm your delivery address through the link waiting in your email.

  2. Download the Zevoy App from the App Store or Google Play.

  3. Log in to the App and verify your identity.

  4. Memorize your PIN code under My Card by pressing PIN.
    Do not share your PIN code with anyone else.

All set, what now?

Your Zevoy card will be delivered to the address of your choice within 5-7 business days.

Start using your card right away! View your card information easily and make online purchases without a physical card by copying your card information from the App. You can view your card details under My Card by pressing Details.

Make purchases and scan receipts with the Zevoy App:

  1. Pay for your purchase. With online purchases, you will receive a notification from the App asking you to verify the payment using either biometric authentication or your device’s passcode.

  2. The App will remind you to scan or upload the receipt with a notification.

  3. Open the notification, or open the expense in question from your App’s Expenses page.

  4. Add a receipt by pressing Add receipt.

  5. Take a photo of the receipt - read about adding electronic receipts here.

  6. Choose a category for the expense. Adding a category will make your bookkeeper's work easier!

  7. If needed, add a description or other relevant information to the expense.

  8. If your purchase has several VAT rates, Split the expense (see instructions below).

  9. Press Submit and you’re done!

Receipt can also be added to expenses by pressing Add receipt in the App, importing / scanning the receipt and selecting the expense.

How to split expenses:

If your purchase has several VAT rates, you can split it into as many expenses as needed.

  1. Open the expense you want to split, press Split.

  2. Enter the amount to be split out from the current expense, this amount will be deducted from the current amount.

  3. By pressing split the App divides the expense and you can pick a different category for each expense which sets the VAT.

Things to keep in mind -

Your physical Zevoy card is activated upon creation but to activate contactless payments you must first perform an in-store purchase with chip and PIN.

In order to view your PIN in the App, you must have an active security layer on your device such as biometric authentication or a passcode.

If you need to raise the limits on your Zevoy card, please contact your company Admin.

Add your Zevoy Card to Apple Pay or Google Pay:

Start spending instantly with your Zevoy card by adding it to Apple Pay or Google Pay. Cards can be added to your phone's Wallet immediately after creation.

Adding your Zevoy card to your iPhone:

  1. Open your Zevoy App and go to My Card.

  2. Press Add to Apple Wallet.

  3. Confirm the request with biometric authentication or your device's passcode.

  4. Follow the simple instructions in your Apple Wallet.

  5. All done!

Or, open the Apple Wallet app on your iPhone and press the + symbol in the top right corner, enter your card details, and follow the simple instructions. More on Apple Pay here.


Add your Zevoy Card to you Android phone:

  1. Open or download Google Pay.

  2. Tap “+ Payment method” on the Payment tab and enter the card details.

  3. Follow the instructions and accept the terms and conditions.

  4. Confirm registration in the Zevoy app.

How to freeze your card from the App:

If needed, you can temporarily close your card in the App.

  1. Open the App.

  2. Head over to My Card.

  3. Press Freeze and verify the request. Press De-frost to start using your card again.

If your card is lost or stolen, please ask your company's Admin to permanently close the card from the Hub or contact our support at [email protected].
