When a new card is ordered for you, either manually or automatically, it will arrive by mail within 5β7 business days. Our cards can also be delivered internationally, but the delivery might take a couple of days longer.
If a significant amount of time has passed beyond the normal delivery period, it is possible that the card has been lost in the mail. Please note that Zevoy is unfortunately unable to track your card order, as the shipment does not include a tracking code.
You can freeze your card in the app and wait a few more office days, as postal deliveries may sometimes be delayed. In the meantime, you can add your card to your virtual wallet β Apple Pay or Google Pay β allowing you to start using it right away without waiting for the physical card to arrive. However, if the order is already significantly overdue, we recommend permanently closing your card for security reasons and ordering a new one.
