How to add a trusted device

To access certain features, you will need to use a trusted device, such as a smartphone, tablet or computer.

How to add a trusted device in the Zevoy app:

Go to your user profile from the icon on the homepage’s upper left corner

  1. Open the Trusted devices section.

  2. Press + Add device to add a new one.

  3. Give the device a name you’ll recognize.

  4. Next, choose your nationality from the drop-down menu to see a strong authentication method that works for you. Verify the request by identifying yourself.

  5. Done! After completing the strong authentication, your device will be added to the list of trusted devices. Certain features can only be accessed through devices in this list.

How to remove a trusted device in the Zevoy app:

  1. Open the Trusted devices view from your user profile settings

  2. Press the trashcan icon next to your device’s name

  3. Confirm the request and done!


Why do I need to add trusted devices?

Having a trusted device is necessary in order to securely send requests for card details from your Hub to your device and to perform other actions.

What should I do if there’s a trusted device I don’t recognize?

You should remove it immediately.
