Turn on reminders for missing receipts and rejected expenses

Send notifications to your users when they have pending and newly rejected expenses.

Start by activating the feature from the Zevoy Hub's Home page.

Only an Admin or Owner can do this.

After the feature has been turned on, the Zevoy app will automatically send reminders for:

  • Pending (unsubmitted) expenses.
    A reminder will be sent after an expense has been pending for three days until it is submitted. 
  • Pending verifications.
    A reminder will be sent after an expense or claim has been pending for three days until it is submitted. 
  • Newly rejected expenses and claims (both travel and expense claims).

Please note that reminder notifications will only be sent on Mondays and Thursdays whilst notifications for rejected expenses and claims will be sent immediately.
