What should I do if my withdrawal fails?

There are several reasons to explain why a withdrawal might be refused.

    • One is insufficient funds; you should check that your monthly limit has not been exceeded as well as your max single transaction limit. You can check this in the Zevoy App. If you need these limits raised please contact your Admin.
    • Your card may also be blocked or frozen, you can check this in the Zevoy App under My Card.
    • Your PIN code may be wrong, you can check this in the Zevoy App under My Card.
    • Physical card issues, like a damaged chip, can cause a withdrawal to be refused. Please contact your Admin if you need a new card.
