How do I send reports to the Incomes register?

When managing claims in Zevoy all necessary reporting can be done via a direct integration to the Incomes register.

How do I export my claims from Zevoy to the Incomes register?

You can export your claims and send them via a direct integration to the Incomes register from the Hub. Here's a quick guide:

  1. Go to the Claims page and head over to the Export queue tab.

  2. Select the items you wish to export.
  3. After selecting a toolbar will appear. Here choose Export and Incomes register. Incomes register report will also be sent if you choose Run all of the above.

What happens to the exported the items?

A person authorized by the company may log in to the Incomes register's web portal and check all reports sent from Zevoy. On the Incomes register’s side reports can be managed and deleted.

  1. Log in to the Incomes register's web portal.
  2. Choose Act on behalf of a company or organization (Asioi yrityksen tai organisaation puolesta).
  3. Choose an organization. If you cannot the company you're looking for, it means you haven't been granted access by the company.
  4. Under Submitted reports (Annetut ilmoitukset) you will find all reported claims, and under Sent records (Lähetetyt aineistot) you will find every export made.
  5. Set the time-range to find items.

Replacement reports may be sent from Zevoy to the Incomes register without having to cancel the report on the Incomes register's side. Simply re-export the item. If you're unable to send a replacement report, you may be outside of the pay period for that specific claim. In this case, cancel the report on Incomes register's side, and create a new claim, or contact us at support@zevoy.com.

What is a pay period? A pay period is a time window reported to the Incomes register and within this, the reimbursement is expected to be issued to the employee.

Manual exporting

If needed, a XML file can be generated from the Hub that may be uploaded to the Incomes register's Upload service (Latauspalvelu). Here's how to generate the file:

  1. Go to the Claims page and head over to the Export queue tab.

  2. Select your claims.
  3. After selecting a toolbar will appear. Here choose Preview and Incomes register. Incomes register report will also be generated if you choose Run all of the above. This action won't change the export status of the items. You may manually move the item to Exported by choosing Move to exported.
