I have recurring transactions every month that I don't recognize, what should I do?

Recurring transactions usually refer to a subscription. If you do not recognize a subscription, you should contact the place of purchase. If there is no way to contact them, you should immediately freeze your card in order to prevent further unauthorized purchases and contact support at support@zevoy.com.

Temporarily freeze your card in the Zevoy App under My Card by clicking Freeze until the investigation is concluded.
