I have received an authorization request from the App without making an online purchase. What should I do?

This could either be related to an earlier online purchase that the recipient is now attempting to debit, or it could relate to malicious activity on your account.

If you did not make a purchase please freeze your card immediately and contact support at support@zevoy.com. We recommend that you temporarily freeze your card in the Zevoy App under My Card by clicking Freeze until the investigation is concluded.
