My card was stolen or lost, what should I do?

If your card has been stolen or lost you must immediately block it. If your card is stolen you also need to report it to the police. 

We recommend that you temporarily freeze your card in the Zevoy App under My Card by pressing Freeze until the investigation concluded. After freezing the card, please also reach out to our support team (support@zevoy.com). A new card can either be ordered by your Admin user or by our support team.
