Admin onboarding guide

Learn how to set up your company’s Zevoy account as an admin, from configuring accounting settings and categories to inviting users and ordering cards.

💡 As an admin user, you can manage your company’s users and cards, configure accounting settings, and export expenses from the Zevoy to your bookkeeping system. If you're already a Zevoy user, you can log in to the Hub at https://hub.zevoy.com/login or via www.zevoy.com (the login button can be found in the top-right corner).

Set your basic settings

In order to get the maximum benefit from Zevoy's service, certain basic settings need to be configured in the system:

  • Add accounts used for credit card transactions

  • Define contra account for credit cards

  • Define accounts for incoming and outgoing VAT

  • Define accounts for expense claims, per diem and mileage claims

  • Add tax codes, as applicable to your accounting software

  • Create user-facing categories based on your accounts in the Categories page

Some of these settings are bookkeeping system specific. You can find a list of supported bookkeeping systems and setup instructions here.

💡Depending on which features you have activated, some accounts and accounts are not needed. If the setting isn't visible, it is not needed.

Set other configurations:

Go to the settings page in the Hub, to set your account details.

Ready to invite users and order cards?

Before ordering cards, you must invite the user. When you send the user invite, you can choose the role and if the user should be able to order themselves a business card. The user can themselves choose the delivery address.

💡 Once you’ve completed these steps, your Zevoy account is fully configured and ready for your team to start using. You can now manage cards, track expenses, and export data seamlessly to your bookkeeping system. Settings can always be added and edited.
