How to Connect Zevoy to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

To link your Zevoy account with Microsoft Dynamics 365, a small one-time setup is needed in your Microsoft Azure portal.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Sign In to Microsoft Entra

    Open https://entra.microsoft.com and log in using your Microsoft work account.

  2. Create a New App

    1. In the left-hand menu, go to Azure Active Directory > App registrations

    2. Click + New registration

    3. Give it a name like Zevoy integration

    4. Under account types, choose Accounts in this organization directory only

    5. Click Register

  3. Set the Redirect Link

    1. After creating the app, go to Authentication

    2. Click Add a platform, then select Web

    3. Under Redirect URIs, paste this link: https://api.production.zevoy.com/ms/redirect

    4. Click Configure

  4. Add Permissions

    1. Go to API permissions

    2. Click + Add a permission

    3. Choose Dynamics 365 Business Central

    4. Select Delegated permissions

    5. Tick these boxes:

      • user_impersonation

      • Financials.ReadWrite.All

    6. Click Add permissions

    7. After this, you'll see 3 permissions listed: Financials.ReadWrite.All, user_impersonation and User.Read

  5. Create a Secret Key

    1. Click Certificates & secrets

    2. Under Client secrets, click + New client secret

    3. Name it for example Zevoy integration

    4. Set expiry to 730 days (2 years) (or any other duration you prefer)

    5. Click Add

📋 Important: Copy the Value shown. This is your secret key and you’ll need it in the next step.

Connect in Zevoy

  1. Log in to Zevoy Hub

  2. Go to SettingsExportIntegrations

  3. Fill in the fields:

Map your VAT codes

Finally, in Zevoy, match your VAT percentages with the product posting group codes used in Dynamics 365.

When you click the “Connect to Microsoft Dynamics” button, you will be redirected to a Business Central login screen. Your integration is up and running once the authentication is completed.
