Paying with Apple Pay and Google Pay

Paying with Apple Pay

  • To verify payment with Face ID, double-click the side button on your iPhone, look at your screen, and then hold your device near the payment terminal.

  • With Touch ID, hold your device near the terminal while your finger is on the reader.

  • If biometric verification fails, you may be prompted to enter your passcode.

Paying Google Pay

  • Low-value payments (below the contactless limit): Simply hold your device near the payment terminal.

  • High-value payments (above the contactless limit): Unlock your device, then hold it near the terminal. There’s no need to open the app.

When using Google Pay, hold the back of your device close to the terminal and wait for a blue checkmark to confirm the payment.

How long are my benefit valid?

Your employer determines how long the benefits remain valid. Generally, benefits are valid for the calendar year, meaning that at the end of the year, the benefit balance resets to zero and can thereafter no longer be used.
