How can I check my PIN code?

You can view your PIN under the My Cards tab by pressing PIN.

Please note that viewing your PIN and confirming an online purchase in the app requires either biometric authentication or a device passcode. This means that in order to see your card’s PIN, you must first enter your device’s passcode, provide your fingerprint, or confirm with FaceID. After that, the card’s PIN will be displayed. This security measure ensures that your card cannot be used if your phone is lost or stolen.

A PIN is only generated for physical cards. If you only have a virtual card, no PIN will be created for it.

Where can I see the CVV code, i.e. the security code, of my card?

Your card details, including the CVV code (security code) and expiry date, can be found under the My Cards tab by pressing Details. To view this information, you must first enter your device passcode, provide your fingerprint, or confirm with FaceID.

How can I view my card details in My Zevoy?

In addition to the app, you can also check your card details in the browser version, My Zevoy. Log in to Zevoy and open the Cards tab. Open your card and next to the title View card details for online payments?, click Send request. You will need to confirm the request in your Zevoy app, after which the card details for online payments will be displayed in the browser.
