My contactless payment failed, what should I do?

Due to security reasons, payments exceeding a certain amount cannot be completed using contactless payment. You will need to use your chip and enter your PIN. In some cases, you may be asked to use your PIN even if the limit for contactless payments has not been exceeded.

Your contactless payment may also have been refused if you have not activated your Zevoy card for contactless payments. You can activate contactless payment by completing an in-store purchase with your PIN code or by using an ATM. You can view your PIN code in the Zevoy App under My Card.
