Turn On Reminders

Turn on push notifications and remind your users when they have pending or recently rejected expenses of their own, or expenses submitted by other users that are awaiting verification.

Start by activating the feature from the Hub's Home or Settings > Features page. Please note, that only users with an Admin or Owner role can do this.

After the feature has been turned on, the Zevoy app will automatically send reminders as push notifications for:

  • Pending (unsubmitted) expenses.
    A reminder will be sent after an expense has been pending for three days until it is submitted.

  • Pending verifications.
    We will send a reminder every three days until an expense or claim is verified.

  • Newly rejected expenses and claims (both travel and expense claims).

Please note that reminder notifications will only be sent on Mondays and Thursdays whilst notifications for rejected expenses and claims will be sent immediately.
